Recently relocated to the Scottish Highlands and now working mainly in documentary, current affairs and 'reality TV', my background includes many episodes of Talkback Thames' 'The Bill' and four feature films.  
I've recently been the main PSC crew with Davina McColl on the new Sky TV extravaganza 'Just Dance'.  Also recorded for  BBC's 'The One Show'; with Vic Reeves on UKTV's 'My Brilliant Britain'; with Tilda Swinton on BBC's 'The Ten Commandments'; 'Dream Homes' for The Discovery Channel as well as many overseas clients including WLIW New York and SingleMaltTV, Maine.

Recordist on four feature films and two one-hour episodes of “The Bill”.   Recordist, two series of “Raven”.
Boom Operator on “The Bill” for 24 episodes, “Machair” (Gaelic drama series) for 3 series.
Outdoor Broadcast Assistant for “Antiques Roadshow”, “This Is Your Life” and assorted sports.
Originally trained in Film Sound Recording for drama at Shepperton Studios after starting out in Independent radio.
Expert advisor to Skillset Sound Standards Committee. Wrote Single Camera Operation Unit.
Recently Executive Committee member of the Institute of Broadcast Sound.
Keeps fit by teaching Salsa dancing and swimming (not at the same time).  Some experience in sailing and windsurfing.
